Inner Demon

This picture shows the inner demon that most of us hide. The anger we all wish we could express, the frustration we wish we could voice. Although the situation may seem specific to gridlock, this picture exemplifies anger as a whole. Any person with frustrations feels like this little man in his little car. They feel as though no one cares, or that everyone steps on them. All the man wants to say is "Get out of my way!"

I agree completely that sometimes we do hold in the inner demon of ourselves. I know for myself I do it because I get angry on the road myself when there is an idiotic driver in front of me. However, I don't let my anger get a hold of me because I know I can overact and take things too far.

It is a good image to use in a health and wellness magazine or pamphlet. This image works well because we have all experienced frustrations on the road. However we rarely want to express our anger because it may have dangerous consequences. By keeping our stress level high and not properly releasing it can create problems at the work place or at home.
